Get ready for some baseball fun! Each child will have their own hitting and throwing station. Equipment is geared for young folks. We have buckets of balls for each player at each station. We offer work on improving hand-eye coordination through drills. There will be a game each week so learned skills can be put into action. Each player needs sneakers, glove, water bottle and appropriate dress are required. Location: KC Coombs ballfield

Join one of the fastest-growing sports in the Northeast!  Pickleball is a fun game that is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34” at the center.  It’s played with a ball similar to a whiffle ball and wooden or composite paddles.  It’s easy for beginners to learn, but it can develop quickly into a fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.  Come join the fun!  Equipment will be provided.Days: Monday, Wednesday or Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00PM.Mondays program is for Beginner to Intermediate playersWednesdays program is for Beginner playersThursdays program is for Intermediate/Advanced players

Isshinryu karate is an Okinawan based karate system formally created in 1956 by its founder Tatsuo Shimabuku. Renshi Cindy Adelstein, a fourth degree black belt in the system, has been studying Isshinryu for over 20 years. It is both an honor and a responsibility for Renshi Adelstein to bring Isshinryu to Cape Cod.
