Renshi Cindy Adelstein, a fourth degree black belt in the system, has been studying Isshinryu for over 20 years. It is both an honor and a responsibility for Renshi Adelstein to bring Isshinryu to Cape Cod.

Renshi Cindy Adelstein, a fourth degree black belt in the system, has been studying Isshinryu for over 20 years. It is both an honor and a responsibility for Renshi Adelstein to bring Isshinryu to Cape Cod.

Join one of the fastest-growing sports in the Northeast!  Pickleball is a fun game that is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34” at the center.  It’s played with a ball similar to a whiffle ball and wooden or composite paddles.  It’s easy for beginners to learn, but it can develop quickly into a fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.  Come join the fun!  Equipment will be provided.BeginnersDay: Mondays from 6:00-8:00PMIntermediate / AdvancedDays: Monday & Wednesday from 6:00 - 8:00PMRegistration will open for non-residents on Monday, December 20th @ 8:30am.Please check your account to see if you have a household credit prior to checking out. Anyone who played in the spring of 2020 was issued a household credit due to the program being canceled because of COVID-19. You can apply your household credit towards the program fee. Masks are required.
