Renshi Cindy Adelstein, a fourth degree black belt in the system, has been studying Isshinryu for over 20 years. It is both an honor and a responsibility for Renshi Adelstein to bring Isshinryu to Cape Cod.

Instructor: Mary Nielsen, 4H InstructorFor ages 11 + (or turn 11 before class ends). The 4H certified course provides the new or veteran sitter with an up to date lecture series on this subject matter. We will refresh veteran sitters and provide skilled training for new sitters. Topics include: responsibilities, fire prevention, home safety, first aid, entertainment, nutrition and much more. Class participation is essential and assignments and quizzes are a major factor in successful completion of this course.*Please bring a writing utensil, notepad, snack and a drink.

Instructor: Mary Nielsen, 4H InstructorFor ages 11 + (or turn 11 before class ends). The 4H certified course provides the new or veteran sitter with an up to date lecture series on this subject matter. We will refresh veteran sitters and provide skilled training for new sitters. Topics include: responsibilities, fire prevention, home safety, first aid, entertainment, nutrition and much more. Class participation is essential and assignments and quizzes are a major factor in successful completion of this course.*Please bring a writing utensil, notepad, snack and a drink.
