Essentrics: Taught by Farhana Stevenson, Certified Esssentics Instructor 

Essentrics is a very unique, non-impact full body workout that rapidly changes the shape of your body through a combination of of dynamic stretching and strengthening. The technique is great for developing long lean strong flexible muscles with immediate changes to the posture. You will increase your flexibility and unlock your joints in this one hour dynamic workout. Great for people of all ages. This particular routine will be more geared towards toning. Farhana teaches at Black Crow Yoga in Arlington, MA and also her friends and family in the basement of her home.
