Winter Boot Camp

Instructor: Kathy Cote, NASM Certified Personal Trainer
For teens 15+ and adults of all ages and levels

Combat the winter blues with a quick boot camp work out incorporating body weight or weighted exercise to work the entire body. Classes will be either timed intervals or circuit style but not one will be the same. Workouts will progress through the weeks as you get stronger. We will finish with a cool down and stretch to improve your day to day mobility. Appropriate for all fitness levels and ages.
