Abby has been teaching yoga since 2013 as a 200hr-RYT with studies in Hatha Yoga, Meditation and Restorative Yoga.

Restorative yoga is a therapeutic style that uses props to support the body, encouraging deep relaxation. Using passive yoga postures we let our nervous systems shift and enjoy the benefit of true rest. This is an all-levels practice designed to release blocked energy centers, calm the mind and gently open the body, leaving you feeling rested, refreshed and peaceful. Open to all levels, beginners welcome!
