Barre Class

Consists of a series of movements that strengthens the entire body and ensures that no muscle is overlooked. Each class starts with a warm-up and then follows with 7 segments of seated and standing movements that will work the core and enhance body alignment, balance and strength and ending with a 10 minute stretch and relax session. Students will need a mat and light weights (1-3lbs) are optional.
