Relax your mind and re-energize your body by combing flow yoga with intense core work for the ultimate body experience.  Sun Salutations and Warrior Poses are woven with sequences of isolated abdominal, back, thigh, and arm work as our build the heat then rewarded with a cooling and relaxing Savasana.  Open to all levels.  Bring your own mat and a yoga block if you have one.
